Courses are ideal for clients who know they wish to complete a series of specific treatments — ensuring optimal outcomes while securing a preferential rate when booked in advance.
Packages are carefully curated treatment programmes, combining multiple Skin Treatments to target concerns such as acne recovery, collagen restoration or achieving luminous glass skin. Each package is strategically designed to deliver visible, long-term results through a layered, clinical approach.

Payment Plan Approval
All 0% payment plans are subject to successful setup and approval via GoCardless. The payment mandate must be completed and the first instalment received before any course treatment is carried out.
Instalment Agreement
By enrolling in a course, you are committing to the full course investment amount. Monthly instalments are not a “pay per treatment” option but a structured payment plan for the agreed course. The full course balance remains payable regardless of treatment completion.
Treatment Scheduling
Treatments will be scheduled in line with your agreed course plan. The final treatment of any course will only be carried out once the final instalment has been successfully received.
Missed Payments
If a payment fails:

A reattempt will be made via GoCardless

Treatments will be paused until payment is brought up to date
Persistent missed payments may result in suspension of remaining treatments and recovery of outstanding balance through appropriate legal channels if necessary.
Payment Default
If instalments remain unpaid after reasonable attempts to collect payment:

Remaining treatments will be suspended

The outstanding balance will become immediately payable

Opia Radiance reserves the right to recover unpaid balances through appropriate legal channels if necessary.
Cancellations & Refunds
Course purchases are non-refundable once commenced.
If you choose to discontinue treatments, the remaining balance of the course remains payable. Unused treatments cannot be transferred to another person.
Expiry
Courses and packages must be completed within 12 months of first payment date.
Medical Changes, Pregnancy & Contraindications
If after signing up to a treatment course and develop a medical condition, become pregnant, or begin medication that temporarily contraindicates treatment:

Treatments will be paused until it is clinically safe to resume

Payment plans will continue as agreed

The remaining treatments will be rescheduled once medically appropriate
If treatment is permanently contraindicated:
The course value will be recalculated based on treatments already received at full single-session pricing
Any remaining credit may be:

Transferred to alternative suitable treatments (if clinically appropriate)

Issued as clinic credit (valid for 12 months)
Refunds will not be provided once a course has commenced.
