How to find us
When entering Ivy Place, please look straight ahead for the house with the black double garages. The treatment room entrance is located opposite the front door. Please do not park on or obstruct the driveway. There is plenty of street parking.

Your initial booking will be reviewed and it will only be secured once you have received a confirmation email.
Appointments
If you cannot find a suitable appointment slot, please email us and we will try our best to accommodate you. Treatments can only be booked up to 8 weeks in advance, please email us if you need an appointment later than this time period.
Are you suitable for treatment?
Before booking your treatment please ensure you check that you are suitable for the chosen treatment from the list provided on the treatment page (titled - Contraindications). We do not treat under 18’s for most treatments, but can accommodate with some treatments for 16’s and over (such as beauty & facials).
New Clients
If you are a new client, you will be sent a separate email with information about pre-treatment and aftercare information relevant to the treatment you have booked. If you do not receive this at least 48 hours prior to treatment please contact us or check for the relevant information on the chosen treatment page.
*A 50% fee will be charged if you cancel/No show within 24 hours of your treatment time. If you are on a course this treatment session will be forfeited. Please see full terms and conditions on our policies page.
*Please let us know if you are running late. After 10 minutes your appointment may need to be cancelled and a no show fee charged /forfeited session.
