Advanced Firming & Skin Renewal for the Knee Area
The skin around the knees is one of the first areas of the body to show signs of ageing, laxity, and loss of elasticity. Our Signature Knee Firming Treatment has been carefully designed to restore firmness, smooth skin texture, and improve overall skin quality using a powerful combination of advanced aesthetic technologies.
This innovative treatment combines microcurrent skin toning, microneedling, targeted skin boosters, and Dermalux LED light therapy to stimulate the skin on multiple levels. By encouraging natural collagen production, improving circulation, and deeply nourishing the skin, the treatment works to visibly rejuvenate the delicate knee area. Over time, factors such as ageing, sun exposure, weight fluctuations, and natural collagen loss can cause the skin around the knees to appear loose, crepey, or uneven. Our multi-step approach addresses these concerns by tightening and strengthening the skin structure while improving tone and texture.
Microcurrent Skin Toning - technology delivers gentle electrical currents to stimulate the underlying muscles and skin tissue around the knees. This helps to improve circulation, enhance lymphatic drainage, and promote a firmer, more lifted appearance. The stimulation also encourages the skin’s natural repair processes.
Microneedling (Collagen Induction Therapy) - creates tiny controlled micro-channels in the skin, triggering the body’s natural healing response. This process stimulates collagen and elastin production, which are essential for firm, youthful-looking skin. Over time, this helps to smooth the skin’s surface and improve the appearance of fine lines, wrinkles, and stretch marks around the knee area.
Skin Booster Infusion - Specialised skin-boosting serums are introduced into the skin during the treatment to deeply hydrate, repair, and revitalise the tissue. These boosters help improve skin quality, elasticity, and overall radiance while supporting the collagen regeneration process.
Dermalux LED Light Therapy - enhances the treatment results by accelerating cellular repair and reducing inflammation. The clinically proven wavelengths help stimulate collagen production, improve skin health, and promote faster skin recovery following microneedling.

What will happen during the treatment?
Each session begins with a consultation to assess skin condition, laxity and suitability, ensuring a customised treatment plan.
The treatment includes:
-
Micro-current Skin Firming – Using the Zemits Vivolite device and Zeolite gloves, gentle microcurrents stimulate muscles and collagen production to improve tone and firmness of the skin
-
Microneedling – Professionally administered to promote cellular renewal, collagen production, and improved skin texture
-
Skin Booster – Selected after consultation to your individual needs
-
Dermalux Light Therapy – LED therapy enhances cellular repair, reduces inflammation, and supports overall skin health, radiance, and recovery. The result is firmer, smoother, and rejuvenated skin with improved tone and elasticity.
-
Will it hurt?
No, Microneedling when administered correctly should not be overly painful. There should only be a little discomfort and you will be in charge the entire time and the settings of the device can be altered to your comfort. Due to expertise and experience the treatment is performed quickly and efficiently.

when will i see results?
The number of sessions and the timeline for results can vary depending on the individual’s skin condition, age, lifestyle, and the severity of concerns such as skin laxity or stretch marks. However, most treatment plans using microneedling, skin boosters, LED therapy with the Dermalux Flex MD LED Phototherapy Device, microcurrent, and EMS are performed as a course of treatments to achieve the best outcome.
Typical treatment guidance:
-
Recommended number of sessions:
Most individuals benefit from 3–6 sessions, usually spaced 4-6 weeks apart. This allows the skin time to repair and produce new collagen between treatments while gradually improving firmness, hydration, and texture. -
When results may start to be visible:
Some people notice initial improvements in skin hydration, glow, and smoothness within 1–2 weeks after the first treatment. Microcurrent and EMS may also create a temporary tightening effect immediately after treatment due to muscle stimulation and increased circulation. -
Longer-term results:
Because collagen regeneration takes time, more significant improvements in skin tightening and stretch mark appearance are typically seen after 4–8 weeks, with continued improvement throughout the treatment course as collagen and elastin production increases. -
Maintenance treatments:
After completing the initial course, maintenance sessions every 3-6 months may help sustain skin firmness, hydration, and overall skin quality.
Important note: Results vary between individuals, and a personalised consultation is usually recommended to assess skin condition and create the most suitable treatment plan.

Advanced Clinical Expertise You Can Trust
As a highly qualified Advanced Skin Science Practitioner with extensive training across injectable treatments, microneedling, chemical peels, regenerative therapies, and advanced skin boosters, every procedure is delivered with precision, safety, and a deep understanding of skin biology.
Aesthetic treatments should never be one-size-fits-all. When performed by under-qualified or inexperienced practitioners, treatments can lead to complications such as inflammation, barrier disruption, pigmentation irregularities, poor aesthetic outcomes, or even long-term tissue damage.
More aggressive does not mean more effective. Whether the treatment involves injectables, energy-based devices, or skin resurfacing, excessive or poorly judged intervention can compromise skin integrity and accelerate ageing rather than improve it.
A clinically guided approach ensures that every treatment plan is tailored, evidence-based, and designed to enhance results while protecting the long-term health and function of your skin.
